Recommended vBulletin theme designer companies?

For the past hour I have done some research on vBulletin designers and design companies. So far I have found this one and I like it out of the fifty other themes I browsed - Cardinall.

So basically if you know any cheap theme galeries or good cheap designers please share. I am looking for an estimated price of $40 - $100.

http://www.minerskinz.com - He's the best for vBulletin. I don't know his pricing quotes for vBulletin but I'm very sure he's one of the cheaper designers. However, just as a rule of thumb, vBulletin and IPB custom themes are significantly more expensive than what a phpBB/MyBB designer would charge, like Murder he Wrote or Jessie S.. So if you really want a theme, you might want to consider upping your price but you might get one for $50-100.

I checked Miner out earlier and I am considering him. The highest I will go to is $150 - $170.

But as I said earlier, vBulletin and IPB designers are very expensive.

I know of completevb.com

They have good looking skins.
And their skins from what I remember are easy to incorperate adsense ads should you choose to use them.
