Recovering files deleted from FileZilla

Unintentionally I have deleted some files from file zilla - Can I get back those
files back?
Is File Zilla maintain any backup or cache or anything else that will help me to get back my deleted files.................

Can i get back those files from my cpanel????????????
 
Sorry, no. However, you learned a lesson; you should always create backups.

It pretty much seems like a no unfortunately. When I did a simple Google search I came up with: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads ... la.781230/, http://www.ehow.com/how_8710661_undo-us ... zilla.html.

I agree with LostOne...

Additionally double check all files marked for deletion and be certain you want them deleted before pressing the delete key/command. (Having a backup is a great idea, and you should always have a backup anyway, but just double check things before and it'll save you hassle. I mean like a few minutes spent looking over files marked for deletion can save you hours later if you have to recreate something by hand.)
 
filezilla is just a ftp client, your are not likely to recover that files unless you use any third party utilities, beware get an extra disc mounted to your server, and install recovery utilities on other disc, otherwise those utilities may acquire the space where your previous files were deleted, making a bigger panic.
