First Impressions:
My initial first impression right off the bat makes me feel that everything looks squished. I feel the space right before the Administrative section, and the space below the Cafe section is lacking and is a waste of valuable space. Being that your forum is a different niche(I'll cover this in the next section), you really have quite a few avenues that you can use these for. Moving onto the individual forums, the Administrative and Rehab sections are missing descriptions, which the others have them. This in itself makes it look not uniformed and gives off the half finished vibe. Looking at the footer of the forum, I know you just opened, but this is an error that really should be caught when the theme is being installed. Your social media icons still have the link placeholders and do not go to any actual social media links. Finally, and this is something I really feel is needed(This is coming from a personal experience, rather than a reviewer talking to you), but I notice there are not any visible rules. This is a very challenging niche at times which I know of from experience, and guidelines really are needed to ensure that you can prevent any issues from coming up. I would push for this to be done first.
Average
Originality:
So I have previous experience in working with Recovery forums and actually handled a few cases of working with suicidal members on other forums, and sometimes it is not easy. What I'm getting at is that originality is necessary in order to make your forum attractive than the others to those who are seeking help. Unfortunately right now, there isn't much that makes your forum stand out from other Recovery forums. I know that you just started up which I understand, but being original and making your forum pop will make the difference. It might be hard with some of the big fish in this niche dominating, but it can be done. Scope out ways to provide support to those who need it in a unique way, see how you can make them feel welcome and that they would be able to find essentially a place to have as a safe haven.
Poor
Thing you liked best about forum: Niche.
Thing you liked least about forum: Lack of originality, layout.
Overall Mark:
I really have to say, I'm glad to see someone starting up one of these forums, since they're sometimes not that easy to set up or to run. I went a little bit out of the box with this review with speaking as both as a reviewer and an individual who wants to see you succeed with your forum, so I apologize if that disrupted the review in any fashion. I hope you take the suggestions and thoughts I've given you and put them into good use! I wish you the best and may You be blessed in your endeavor!
