Reddit denied me! :(

I signed up for Secret Santa and Holiday Card Exchange on Reddit and got denied for both. No reason or anything. Just told me to email them if I feel it was done in error. I emailed them and I'll post the updates in here. Hopefully it works out. I was really looking forward to this.

I didn't expect to be denied for either one so being denied for both was just shocking. Maybe it's because I'm from Hawaii and shipping would cost more? I don't know. They still haven't gotten back to me.

I just received an email from reddit gifts and they redirected me to reddit. I'm just getting the runaround. They told me to reach out to reddit, not the secret santa part of reddit. They said it's an issue with my reddit account, not their reddit matching.

No, my account wasn't banned. I would've said that. I did get an update from them though. It was an automated response that gave me another runaround. I give up. Screw Secret Santa.
