Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
The first thing I noticed was how bright your forum is. It kind of hurt my eyes a bit, but my eyes are sensitive to light as it is, so it may not be that bad for other users. The only bit of countering dark color you have is the borders on the top & bottom, and the grey on your logo. So I suggest maybe adding some more dark colors around the sides a bit, or maybe giving the guests & users the choice to pick a dark theme via the index page; Sort of like how MyBB has their theme chooser at the bottom. The next thing I noticed was your logo. By looking at that, I have no idea what your forum is about. Also, your slogan says, "Your Slogan Here", that doesn't help describe your forum at all, and could drive traffic away very quickly because they may believe your forum is very immature.

Site Layout
I actually love the way you have lain your site out a lot. It isn't a massive long list of every imaginable topic forcing me to scroll down a lot trying to find a section I enjoy at the bottom. 90% of your categories fit into one section of my browser, which is very nice.

Statistics and Activity
For your forum only being open two days it has some impressive stats. At least in my personal opinion. two hundred posts in 2 days' time is a very good start, so you must have something going for you. I don't see any spam on any of your boards, so they must be managed very well. You seem to have a flow of users coming in, as I keep seeing the number of most users online changing every time I visit your site; So that's a plus! Although right now all I see on your site is guests. Give them a reason to join your site. Add something at the top of your site that will turn on a light bulb in their minds and make them join your site. Do something to show you're different from all the other general discussion forums.

Staff Moderation
Again, I see no spam in any of your forums. So that shows that your staff do their jobs well. You only have 3 staff members for the time being, and I personally don't think you even need three with your current statistics. But I understand why it would be nice if you're all in different time zones & moderating. I would only recommend 2 staff members (You & 1 moderator) so it doesn't look like you're over-staffing & people don't think you're too strict on rules & whatnot.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
The one problem I have with your forum is the categories. Absolutely none of them are capitalized, and that looks extremely unprofessional. That's really the only thing I have against the site layout itself, other than that it's very well done. I don't see any grammar issues with your category descriptions, and they're all capitalized!
😉 All your categories & descriptions are all professional, and some are a bit humorous, which I personally believe is good. All in all you did good in this except the capitalization issues.
