Referral Directory Has a New Owner

Referral Directory, a promotion forum, has a new owner!

As of 2/11/16, ownership was transferred over to myself. The forum will retain many of its current features, but I will also continue to work on developing new ideas for it. Currently the main focus, however, is working towards building a lively and active community. As we work to achieve this goal, expect to see applications posted for several key staff positions.
