We are back! All services and features should be working as expected.
What happened? At approximately 8:22 PM Eastern Standard Time (Toronto), we took the website offline due to issues with timestamps, the reply editor bar, and other features.
The issue was caused by an outdated add-on that conflicted with a new add-on we were installing. This caused certain functions to receive invalid parameters, causing issues with various FP features. Unfortunately, it was difficult to figure out due to errors not being logged, no clear indication of the problem, and the lack of ability to do anything internally. However, with the determination of the tech team and other members of the staff team, we were able to research and find a resolution to the problem.
