I will buy you domains of extensions .com,.net,.org,.us,.biz,.info, for only $5 for one year. There's no catch, no automatic renewal and completely able to transfer registrar after one year period(and I suggest you do that because the renewal fee is around $35!!)
You will get your own domain, own account at registrar. Does not come with anonymous whois.
First registrar is Register.com, second is networksolutions.net($6 from them)
Your domain will be registered the day you pay, but you will NOT get the account until I remove my billing info from the account.

$5 gets the following:
-Domain name (of the extensions above)
-No automatic renewal
-Only able to transfer domain to hosting after one full year
-if you don't transfer, you must pay $35 to stay with original registrar choice

Yes, you got everything right except for one thing, you don't need to wait one year to transfer to another registrar but I suggest you do because like I said the renewal fee is outrageous.
So you're just saving people $1? I think personally I would risk the extra $1 to have it all done by myself so I don't get scammed by Mr.17 posts, not saying you're going to but you're relatively new.
I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, when I said "$6 from them" I meant I would charge you $6 instead of $5 for a domain if you wanted to register from networksolutions instead of register.com
