You have 187 registered users, i can't comment much on this as i don't know how long your forum is open, so on to the tips, to get more members you need to get noticed, and more pro, to do this you will need to spend more time advertising in any way you can. Try to make your forum more pro, by getting a better logo.
Number Of Active Members: (5/10)
I would say about just over half of your members are active, witch is quite good considering the amount of members you have, but it makes you think.. how come the others aren't active? , well they may have found a better forum or just did not like yours, you need to change that, make something your forum can have that no others have, you have got to make your forum stand out from the many hundreds of gaming forums out there.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (8/10)
Your forum has 5650 post witch considering your members count is not bad, you have made about 1500 post in all, witch is also good, many forum have got loads of post but when you look at the admins post count you notice all the post where made by them, this is not the case with you, you have manage to get members posting loads, to get more members posting you need to come up with ideas for topics and give them a reason to post back.
Appearance (First Impressions): (4/10)
sadly when i went on your forum i did not like the skin that much, its used a lot and that color of that skin is not the nicest, gaming forums tend to be a lot lighter, and more easy on the eyes.
Layout: (9/10)
Your layout is very good, shame you can not make use of the s-section, and the only thing i can comment on is that one section called PSP and PC they should be different forum.
Moderation: (10/10)
From what i can see your Moderation looks good, all sections are well control. You will need to get more mods as you get more members so that you can keep track of everything.

If i have not already said it, your activity is very good and you should aim to become ever more active.
