Cold Blue : For MyBB 1.4.X

Cold blue is a rounded theme with blue lines around it, i will keep updating it and will change the on, off and offlock buttons soon.

How to install
- Upload the file in images called coldblue to /images
- Then upload the xml file to your control panel
[There is a readme in the file]

Please do not remove the copyright
