  1. Just read about Hetzner banning all crypto hosting on their platform. Is that true? What other option do I have for hosting my crypto mining apps? How about something that won't eat into my earnings?

When this news came out in August with a probability of Hetzner going to ban all the Crypto projects and node hosting.
I immediately started looking for a different option for Node Hosting and after many suggestions and recommendations then I switched to RedSwitches for my Hosting need since that migration, everything is going smoothly.

If you are looking for the best and reliable hosting provider to buy a web hosting then you have to do research.
And you should follow the points to choose the right provider for your website:
Make a list and compare web hosting companies
Go with company reviews
Should be available for 24/7

Security
For reliable Linux VPS hosting services and 24/7 support, WHUK is also the right option.

What exactly are they responsible for and how much support do they provide during the process?

Don't necessarily choose a host with the fastest ticket response time, but choose one who you feel you communicate well with.
Choose a host who understands your specific needs, and who can sit down with you and talk about what your needs are, and how that host can accommodate for those needs.

Make sure the host has the payment option your looking for. I don't even think twice about a host that doesn't accept paypal or bitcoin.

Just make sure, whoever you pick, to do your homework. Web hosting is kinda like going on a job interview..
It's all about being at the right place at the right time. Just because 50 other people may have bad experiences, doesn't mean you will.
