Caffeine is a funny thing. It comes in many forms, either naturally or refined. What is your addiction to caffeine that you need to help you get through a particularly tough day?
Mine is usually in 1 of 3 forms: a caffeine pill, a regular soda, or an energy drink.
I'm super sensitive to caffeine so I only have it maybe once every couple of weeks. It makes me feel really odd and it's like my heart is going to beat out of my chest and I want to vomit...besides keeping me up all night even if I have something early in the morning. I drink decaf coffee instead and if I drink pop it will be a no caffeine one like root beer or Sprite.
