When do you remove your sig from a topic? I remove it when I'm writing guidelines or locking the topic. 🙂

So, you all have guidelines and a banner and whatever? That makes it very unprofessional.

I don't have a banner in my siggy.
Usually, my siggy says something like,
"~Jn244
Forum Mod/Admin
(Any important messages about the forum)"

It's actually pretty rich coming from you, who drove Adverts hub to the ground and you say you were being "professional" 😛.

Anyways i never use it, i keep my sig on at all times even when writing guidelines, it doesn't make you look more professional or unprofessional as you say 😉.

I don't bother touching any features when I post/make threads, the only ones I do is poll ones if I need a poll...

I don't bother. It's not like people really care whether you have a signature or not, nor what topic it appears in. Turning it off to look 'professional' is just being pedantic.

People tend not to see signatures much as they kind of get immune to them and just look at the content and not always what is around them.

How does a signature make the rules look unprofessional? It's just something that's placed under each of your posts.
