Renaming the subdomain folder

Hi guys, I want to ask that is it possible to rename the subdomain folder? For example .com/test to .com/test2 ? Not created the subdomain, just installed the site in the folder, so can I rename it?

yes you can but if you have a forum or script make sure you change their site settings from site.com/sub to site.com/subnew

In other words, in Webmin or CPanel or whatever hosting panel your host is using.

If its a directory on your website then FTP.

That's provided that there's no simpler way to change the directory name using stuff like cPanel.
