Is there a reputation mod for phpBB3 that can give reputation based on activity?

I know the built in MyBB reputation can give +1rep based on if users are online and if they post and such.

Well the Rep mod that I use and I think FP uses as well can give "rep power" based on activity. Heres a few of the settings

Reputation power

Minimum posts:
Minimum posts required before having reputation power.

Posts factor:
User will gain 1 reputation power for every x number of posts.

Membership days factor:
User will gain 1 reputation power for every x number of days.

Reputation points factor:
User will gain 1 reputation power for every x number of reputation points.

Maximum reputation power:
Maximum reputation power allowed.

Plus you can set rank changes based on the amount of Rep a person has gained. it also gives you control of each groups "rep power".

can the admins edit the reputation count like they can post count?

Yes, you can mass add, subtract, and change to based on username. One at a time or multiple.
