Reply in locked forums

Is there a permission in Phpbb 3.0.6 that can allow one person to reply/post in a locked forum?

You could edit their permissions than manage them further so they can only post in locked forums. So like you could add them to super mods for example than edit their permissions only to allow posting in locked forums.

I believe that administrators and moderators can, moderators can provided that they have moderator and posting permissions in a certain forum. People with 'Founder' status (aka.. Admins) can regardless.

I found out if someone has the permission to lock topics they can reply to them too. Solved 🙂
