Report PM Mod help

Heya.

I've recently noticed that FP has a Report this PM function and a box with rules for what is classed as ok to be PMed and what isn't, and I was wondering what the mod was for the Report PM mod.

Sadly those modifications are for a phpBB2 forum, whereas I'm using phpBB3.0.6.

The report PM mod is default in 3.0.6.

As I'm using a theme which isn't 3.0.6 what file would I need to do the edit to in order to get the report PM icon to show up?

You'll need to update the theme yourself:
