Is there a way I can limit the reputation to just +1?
There is a way you can get rid of positive/neutral/negative rep, but it always goes up/down to +2/-2, I would like it to just be:

+1
0
-1

rather than:

+2
+1
0
-1
-2

By default it should be what you want, except for Administrators.
You can set the limit per usergroup.

The Administrators and maybe Moderators get more than regular users have.

User Group > Registered Users > Users & Permissions

Under "Reputation System":
Points to Award/Take Away:
Here you need to enter the number of points to give or take away on each reputation given by users of this group.
