Please explain what you want to make a tutorial on (Graphics) in photoshop.

Well I recently found my old photoshop cs2 disc and I wanna learn it.

So could you make a tutorial on how to make a banner?

Can you create a tutorial teaching newbs at CSS and HTML on how to make a Website Template, skins, etc? I would prefer any free software as I don't have dreamweaver on my computer.
