The full-page popup asking users to vote on the forum may be perceived as annoying. Maybe you could change it to something that pops up at the very top or bottom of the screen rather than something that completely covers the forum. That way, it's less invasive.
Your index is extremely long, too. You should probably try to merge or delete some forums that don't get a lot of use to shorten it. For example, I don't see the need to have forums for all those other games. You might just want to put one forum entitled "Misc. Game Discussion" or something like that.
