First Impressions - (Out of 20)
When I first go to your site the first impressions are ok. The skin isn't hugely appealing but I do like the custom icons. Also the banner should surely be a light green rather then a dark green? Apart from the colour scheme though I quite like the banner...a little basic though and you may well recieve feedback saying to improve the banner in the future. Also a favicon would make the site more complete and improved.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I can't say I'm a huge fan of your layout. It definitely needs improving. I would have packages/reviews in the main advertising section as in my opinion they will probably be the most requested services in the future. Also I would put the Self services and extras forum above forum discussion. However all the other sections are ok, but I would suggest making the small improvements that I've suggested.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
Your forum has been open to the public for around 3 weeks and you have 500 posts. That's ok, but not really that impressive, especially bearing in mind the fact you have 3 admins. I would advertise more and request more reviews and packages to stimulate the activity of your site. Also you have a pretty poor post to member ratio. It's around 13-14 posts per member by my calculations. Long term/big post exchanges here are a useful way to get activity up as well. Generally this area needs improving all round, I don't think you are doing too badly but you could definitely be doing better.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
First thing I would say is you have 3 admins, which is too many for a forum your size. Maybe having 1 co-admin would be ok but 3 admins is at least 1 too many. It seems like you need staff for most groups as well so set up topics on pretty much every promotion forum out there's recruitment section. All you seem to have for every group is a team leader & no other staff, with the only exceptions being packages, the global moderator group and the admin group. You need more staff however in the admin area, you are overstaffed. You have recruited staff though, better then no staff, so you deserve some credit.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
I've had a brief look around and generally the spelling and grammar is good. However I went to the mod installation guidelines and I saw ''You must be willing to us ur account details'' you use ur in the guidelines for a service like that? No offence, but I don't see who's going to take your service seriously if you can't even use proper English in the guidelines. Really doesn't give a good impression.
