Requesting Template~ MyBB

Like the PhpBB's requesting template mod that adds a template to certain forums when you click create new thread, is there a plugin for MyBB that does the same?

There is one that ive seen however it's a paid mod and I don't remember which site is was on, however im quite sure it was mybbsource.com. Good luck.
