So who even does this? I have heard of 2FA being a requirement to be staff on forums, websites, and blogs before... But never ever being being a retired staff member.
It just sounds like the owner or so doesn't trust the former staff member(s) if they force 2FA on them. I would never require 2FA but offer it as an option for mods. I do think Admins should enable 2FA at all times on their accounts though. I can access my email I use to register on these forums every day thankfully, but it's still weird to require it for retired/former staff.
