Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
When a potential user visits your forum, you want them to have excellent first impressions. I honestly had pretty good first impressions, but there is room for improvement. I notice a few things that could help with first impressions. When I first visited your forum, I simply thought, this forum is nice. The thing that stood out to me is the logo. The logo looks professional, it matches the color scheme, and it's unique. The only thing I don't really understand is why the board icons have "RG" with a backwards G, but the logo doesn't. Also, the board icons seem rather glossy, yet the text on the logo is somewhat plain. You have a nice and professional theme that definitely fits with your forum's genre. The theme is professional, yet it still comes across as a gaming forum, that is something I see very rarely. I like your forum's favicon, it matches up with the forum theme. I like the ranks, although they may be a little to simple. You could consider customizing the ranks with the "RG" icon as well. It's very appealing already, but that could be good to just sort of add more flavor to it. Overall, your forum has a very nice theme, and I had good first impressions, there's just a few things that could be done for improvement. Great work on the appearance though.

Site Layout
Your forum's layout is well laid out, except for a few things really. The menu layout is fine, the category and board layout should be reconstructed though. Your forum has a total of eleven boards in three categories. First off, I think you should make "Feedback and Support" it's own board in the "Respawn Gamers" category, directly under "Site Headquarters." This shows members that you care about feedback, and it makes your "Site Headquarters" board much more neat. Secondly, I like your "Gaming Discussion" category. It seems to be set up very well. Thirdly, let's cover the "General Discussion" category. The "RG Start Screen" board should be moved to the "Respawn Gamers" category, as the last board in that category. I feel the "General Discussion" category is a little too big. I think you should merge the "Sports Complex" board with the "General Discussion" board, as the board only has 33 posts right now, so it's not very active. Overall, there are a couple changes that could be made. Best of luck with those changes.

Statistics and Activity
As of right now, your forum has accumulated 1852 posts in 252 topics. Those are some decent statistics. According to you, your forum opened up back on June 11th, 2011. This means that your forum has been open for a bit more than three months, probably around 100 days. With that being said, this means that your forum averages around fifteen to twenty posts a day. That average isn't horrible, but it could get a lot member. Your forum has 52 members, I can tell some of those members are inactive. You should consider sending out an email just reminding them that Respawn Gamers is still around and we still exist, and to just come on over and check us out once more. Hopefully, that will bring at least a few members back. You could possibly convince them to permanently stay by just being personal with them. Start an interesting conversation with them, start a forum competition, etc do whatever you can to get them to come back. You'd be surprised at how many members you can convince to come back that way. Overall, decent statistics, but the activity seems to be lacking. Good luck improving your statistics and activity.

Staff Moderation
Your forum's staff team seems to be moderating well. It appears that your forum has a total of two staff members; one administrator and one global moderator. Your forum has a total of 52 members (50 members that aren't staff members), so that means each staff member moderates 25 members. That is excellent. I'll I can say is bravo, as that is just awesome. Your forum has the perfect amount of staff members. I see no reason to have anymore staff members until your forum has grown some more. The only problem I see is that the global moderator doesn't seem to be too active. Well, especially lately. It's been about a week since the global moderator has made a post. It's been a couple days since the global moderator last logged in. There may not be post requirements, but how can the global moderator do the job of moderating if he doesn't log in? I'm not sure if GamerX really needs to be a staff member if he can't commit to the forum. Overall, good work on limiting the staff team size, but I question whether GamerX needs to be a staff member or not.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
The two staff members seem to post professionally. The forum itself seems very professional. Professionalism is a plus, so I commemorate you on doing such an excellent job on creating a gaming forum that still has a nice professional feel to it. I believe you have done all this studiously. Nice job on professionalism, now to picking out the spelling and grammar mistakes. There are a lot of them in the board descriptions, but I'll point out a few. First off, in the "General Gaming" board, you can remove "about" (the one that is right after "debate") and "have" as well. Secondly, you don't have any punctuation at the end of some of the board descriptions, they need a period, exclamation point, etc. Thirdly, you see to have a bunch of unnecessary capitalization. For example, "Mobile Gaming" does not need to be capitalized in the "PC and Mobile Gaming" board description. Fourthly, I think you should spice up your board descriptions, they seem to be repetitive with "talk" at the beginning. Mix it up a bit, start your board descriptions with a question, quotation, etc even. You could even use a different word for talk, and that's it. A word like "chat," "discuss," etc. Overall, good work on professionalism, but the spelling and grammar on your forum needs work. Good luck with this.
