Restoring databases in Xampp?

okay i recently tried to start apache and mysql via xampp on my pc and it suddenly stopped working and i have done everything to try and get atleast phpmyadmin running so i can export database i have. I need to restore the database from the previous xampp installation but they are weird .fml files in phpmyadmin data bin folder, how can i restore theese in another xampp installation?

Yes you can, just go into your xampp control panel and click "Admin" next to the MySQL tab, once your in there it's exactly the same as you would do it on an actual webserver.
