Restricting image uploads?

Would anyone recommend restricting my members to uploading in main sections rather then all? I also have a gallery for users to upload images to.

I would recommend keep it there as you don't know what members may need plus A lot of users on a general forum will upload images.

I dont have it enabled on my forum. I'm wondering if I should allow it or not.
