ok, you got me, I doubt this is new, but I feel it will be VERY effective.
We Need quality posts
A quality post is something that takes more than 10 seconds to post, it will be carefully written to draw more people to respond and encourage more posting to the site. Any post that takes under 10 seconds should be considered a gift.
For how long?
Post exchanges need to be continuously posted. Do you want someone to post 5 replies to your board then disappear forever? Not the best game plan for a community. By posting 2 topics and 5 replies over the period of each week for 1month,2months...ect; we can build a real community of members between ourselves and not some one night stand.
We do it as a team
Looking for about 3-4 members to participate in continuous forum exchanges as well as offer suggestions, ideas and support. We will use a private collaboration board to keep in contact and share ideas.(already setup) Our goal will be to provide quality content and ideas and in exchange, the same will be done for you/us. We will become legit members with each-other.
guidelines for our exchanges
1: All post exchanges are private. Post exchange members should represent themselves as ordinary members.
2: Your purpose is to help guarantee the success of not only yours, but anyone else your exchanging posts with.
3: If posting in multiple forums, re-using the same canned responses is not allowed. Certain exceptions - ex. posting your own personal drawings/display gallery
4: Each week, participants must post 5 replies and 2 well thought out quality topics on any participating post exchange boards or they are subject to removal from the collaboration site.
5: Members will be required to post one TOPIC every 2 weeks in the collaboration suggestion panel on offering ideas to improve their fellow's board. These ideas should not be sugar-coated and are meant to improve your members experience. All criticism both positive and negative should be handled in a respectable manner.
