Your header links are meant to be lower down, from what I can gather, so if you can, eliminate the space between these and your main content area. The way it's set out right now, I can't read what else is on your banner. Your banner isn't very good. The checkered background isn't very pleasing, the font is average and one of the images gets cut off. Make the background transparent and definitely get a new banner (try requesting one here at FP).
I like the way your blog looks - you definitely chose a great Wordpress style. In your footer, credit Wordpress! They deserve it. Your content looks fairly interesting, and I liked your article on Handedness. Keep up the good work.

Well yeah i've tried to fix my header banner. I tried posting on here FP & some other forum but one of them told me that, the theme was made like that so i can't fix the header with the menu.
But what I'll do is cut off the banner size so it wont overload the menu area & make the background transparent.
