First Impressions & Appearance

When I went to your site, I noticed the theme. The dark makes your site look tasteful, along with that professional touch, if you understand where I’m coming from.
You’re forum looks like it’s coming off to a nice start, props for that.
You’re logo looks pretty bland, but surprisingly enough, it looks okay.
It could definitely be rethought though.

Site Layout

Wow, you have a lot of boards. Let’s see if I can nitpick and help you out a bit. The most common mistake for new forum owners is making a large amount of boards, and scaring visitors away. It’s hard to keep so many boards active, and a trick to this is to merge them and condense them into less boards.
Not only does this make you’re forum look x10 more active, but it keeps visitors on your forum for much longer than usual.

Let’s see here. You’re first category: “Admin Forum” looks fine with two boards. Great job.

You’re second category: “WebmasterForum” should be “Webmaster Forum”, unless you are keeping a consistent ‘theme’ by linking them together, as per the title of your page suggests. This is the category I want to help you reduce a bit, so let’s look into it.

To reduce this a little bit, maybe you could create a forum, “Scripts”, and put, “Forum Scripts”, and “Blogs, CMS & Other Scripts” in that. This will make your forum look more active by a mile. For this section, I have no more suggestions.

You’re third category: “Services, Exchanges and MarketplaceForum”, first of all, that could be shortened a bit. I still don’t see the hype in putting those words together like that, but it’s all up to you in the end. This section looks fine.

You’re final category: “General Chit-ChatForum” looks just fine for a small forum. When you grow larger, I’d encourage you to create more b oards in this section.

Overall, I’ve only had to really suggest fixing one thing, so that is very good. Usually I’m fixing a lot of things. Great job Dev.

Statistics and Activity

Your statistics are 3,330 threads, 3,772 replies, and 323 members. This is great! But it can be improved through exchanges, promotion, videos, word-of-mouth, and blogging. Do you know anyone who runs a website? Ask them to put in a word for you. The possibilities are endless, you’re statistics are good, but not amazing. They could be improved, and for your forum still being in beta stage, I must say you are already doing a good job.

Staff Moderation

I don’t see any place that I can view your staff listings, so that’s that. I’m going to say that there is one administrator. That’s good, but I’d recommend at least one moderator to help alongside you.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism

You’re professionalism is great as far as I can see. You seem to have a very professional attitude, and with that comes great success, and that is what I see for your website.
Members really benefit from a caring owner with professionalism, especially one that can provide answers to their questions, instead of the administrator relying on the community to give the answers for the user.

As for your spelling and grammar, it might help to tell you that you need to closely look at all your forum descriptions, and fix spacing errors. That is all I see after a quick skim.

Overall, good job.

Final Remarks

I like your forum, but I wouldn’t join because I don’t have a lot of time on my hands.
