My critique would be to watch the boards that haven't had posts in them for a while- start some topics yourself in those....

We are getting our new custom theme ready. After that will do some major updates to the forums. Hope that you will also like those updates as well as you like it now 🙂
 
Firstly, love the theme and I love how you've incorporated the four basic colors of your theme into all your branding, the red, black, grey and white goes great together, not many people do this, so hats off to you.

Secondly, I have to agree with sambling, I see some forums which have not had activity in over a month, as an administrator you should be extremely concerned about this and post some topics yourself to get the conversation going.

Thirdly, I strongly disagree that a user must have 10 posts in order to post in your basic promotion section of your forum, this just seems like a needy way for you to get posts for your board, especially considering that posting a topic in that forum won't really get any traffic to a forum but your own (sorry to be harsh, but sometimes the truth hurts.)

Fourthly, just browsing your forum looking for things to critique, I found your staff page, located @ http://www.adminforum.org/XenStaff/ a few things I find disturbing:

'Administrative' -> Administrators or if you really want to be fancy (as you have tried to be) -> Administration

'Moderating' -> Moderators or "" -> Moderation

May I also suggest you read my topic over at the 'Managing Your Forum section', titled 'One/two tip(s) for forum owners' you may find it extremely useful!

Thanks for your suggestions. I would like to clear some points that you have raised.

10Posts count requirement is placed to avoid spammers. Most of the time users just register and post in the advertising area and never came back. This seems to be ok for you. But these type of members are not worth it.

Secondly, the group names that you found under the team page are default name for groups by xenforo. However i have already changed them in admincp but the addon that shows the team page looks like still using the same. Will try to change them.

Overall your suggestions were good and thanks for all of them 🙂
 
How is posting one topic there spamming? That's really what that specific forum is for, unless a promotion forum (or alike) is big, people just post one topic and leave. Spamming is a totally different concept to just posting one topic to advertise your forum (where it is allowed) and then leaving. However I do agree with you in the fact that their not worth it, but it's the name of the trade.

Oh ok, my bad, I had no idea that's the way the system works, if XenForo has some type of purge system (never used it XenForo before) try purging the board, that way it should refresh it and hopefully change.
 
Dark red on black for the div under the breadcrumbs is very difficult to read.

Why is "Team" one of the header navigation links? Links in the header navigation area should be to places that are actual content for the topic your board. Stuff about your forum staff and other forum-specific stuff should go elsewhere.

Other than that, looks pretty good. I haven't really had a chance to look around at XenForo so I might make an account to check that out eventually. Good luck!
