Large Forum Review
First Impressions
Your forum looks great in the first sight. Big and clear logo at the top, with latest news next to it, and forums seem to be active as well. The side widgets is in enough number and organization not to be too much or too few. Looking at the theme the white helps to make it easier to notice the other details although after looking at it longer it starts to feel a bit boring. I think that is tackled when you look deeper and see the discussions going on. It can use some work to make your site more attractive, but so far so good.

Appearance
I will start at the top, about your board logo and favicon. Well done on both. I think the logo/banner of the forum is eye-catching with the icon to represent the site, the name written clearly, as well as the board slogan below it. I also like how you put link to what is happening lately at the forum (regarding the FoTM link) next to it to bring people's attention. While it is good, I believe you can exploit this area more by making the news section ticking or moving or something like that, give more space for more news, to actually give the feeling that this forum is alive and content is going on inside before we click deeper.
Moving on to the next part which is the body of the forum. The navigation bar is okay for me, clear and it stands out. I'm not sure if it possible but perhaps you want to use only either "Home" or "Forums" there as both leads to the same place and it is redundant to have both while they do the same thing. For the body theme, I noticed you use some kind of texture of lots of triangles at the right corner of the page and the category title. While it adds more depth to the forum and how soft it is not to be annoying, I cannot really see the resemblance of administration or advertising forums relating with that texture. I think you can keep the idea to have a texture there and to make it almost transparent like that, but change it into something closer to what your forum idea is about. The icons you have for your categories and forums are not bad, but it definitely can use more tweak. You can personalize your forum by using a different icon for each forum. This way it will add more colors to the site instead of only combination of white, red, and gray; it also helps to raise visitors attention from their first visit to know how much the site is customized deep down. This customization of forum graphics can be brought down to even smaller level such as sticky/locked icon and smiley set. The ones you used are the standard one, very much used by other XenForo forums. You may want to change them to a different set to make your site feels different. Last thing I want to mention is to change colors and font type or size of your categories and forums titles. They do not stand out very much compared to the descriptions that it feels like they are "lost" between the words and content of the index page.
The footer design is good in my eyes. Great job with the quick navigation tool there. You can move ToS and Privacy Policy up to same line with the "Contact Us" line for more attention, but it is fine either way.

Statistics and Activity
AdminForums has 83,129 posts with 1,919 members. If we divide it, we can get a rough estimate of 43 posts per member. That is a great number given that the forum has just been opened for two months. However, given that you were originally two forums and had just merged and the total posts and members your forum has, that number seems to be rather low. I cannot say much too because I don't know how to sort members and check how many members with 0 post count. For forums like this, if you have few hundred members with no posts, you would have to try bringing them back to the forum by doing interesting things such as contests or give more content, or you can choose to delete inactive accounts.
The total amount of posts made by nine staff members is 5,735 posts. That is only almost 7% of the forum total posts. While I appreciate if the rest of the posts are made by non-staff members, it also becomes a concern that the staff members are very inactive. There is a big gap of posts between an administrator who has more than 3,000 posts while none of the other staff members have more than 1,000 posts including you. For a forum as big as AdminForums, I'm worried that this is not a good sign. You may want to try to post more and encourage other staff team members too to indulge in the discussions and interact with member rather than only stick to their job, maybe.

Ratios
The number of categories and forums is okay for me, as well as the organization and position. As for the staff members ratio, I think you will have to work on this. Your forum has almost 2,000 members and you have nine staff members. There are four administrators from that number (with one is more a bot, I believe, the "AdminForums" account) and two moderators. I agree with your move to hire one more moderator; with one more additional helping hand I think you would have covered the moderation part well. However, if we look at the number of staff members working on the service section, it is kind of surprising for a forum this big to only have two packagers and one reviewer. While it might still be okay to have two packagers, having only one reviewer will give a quite large amount of work to the sole reviewer. I checked and the rate of service requests in your forum might not be so high, but best if you hire around two more reviewers and packagers to give diversity of opinions and posts. These two jobs are jobs which need ideas and opinions a lot so only assigning small number of people there would be troublesome for them too. I also believe that by increasing the number of staff members to work on this, members will be more interested to request some services.

Content
In general you have quite a decent content. There isn't really many things wrong with how you write things from grammatical point of view. Maybe a miss of capitalization in "Support, Suggestions And Feedback" since the "a" for "and" shouldn't be capitalized. I also found that you wrote "AdminForum Staff Team Memebers" in your forum staff page. It needs to be fixed there.
You also have two section in the services category with the title "Interviews and Reviews - This is the section where we will showcase interviews of people who got success in their profession. Here we will also share reviews done by other sites of our AdminForum.org" and "Community Review - Need some advice on how to improve your forum? Get a full, extensive review of your forum for only 30-80AF$. We only give you good advice so request your community review today." The title for both are very similar that I was confused at first what the difference between both is until I read the descriptions and look inside more. To avoid confusion, you may want to move the interview and review forum to "Administrators Discussions" so they will not be confusing.
I'm more towards the fact that you use very common words for the categories and forum names. I simply think that it gives the feeling of lack of uniqueness from your forum. You can compensate it by writing a more comprehensive and clear descriptions and supported by the category/forum icons. Same applies to the name of the cash and other options or features you may have for the forum. It helps to give brand new face of the forum, making you feel refreshed, new, and unique.

Navigation
I did not find anything wrong or confusing with the navigation. Navigation around the forum is easy and clear. Important links are easy to reach. You may want to make forum rules more accessible through the whole forum by making it global announcement or something similar. I found Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at the bottom corner of the index page. They are fine there although probably can be moved up too for better attention from members and visitors.

Final Remarks
AdminForums has a large database of posts and members despite its young age because of the merge. That way you will have to work hard to keep both side of the merging forums to be happy with updated content and interesting things to do around. There are also lots of advertising forums out there so you would have to work hard to improve and keep the quality of your services and stay unique. All the best with that.
