Small Forum Review

First Impressions
At a quick glance, the forum looks weak on activity and strong on activity over some sections of the forum. For the first general thoughts of the appearance though, is extremely different. Your theme takes color schemes to a whole new level, you have white, blue and light blue splatetered all over the forum. It looks great, but one thing I don't like is the banner. The Banner shouldn't just say "eXcite" it should address the name of the forum and provide a description in my opinion, instead of some banner text that tells the name of the theme. One thing you should change is that not all your forums are posted in. This makes your forum appear more inactive, which is the complete opposite of what you want, obviously. It also wouldn't hurt you to add some custom icons instead of the default MyBB icons that match to the default theme because it doesn't look proper with the rest of the forum in my honest opinion.

Appearance
Like I said, you have dark blue, light blue, and white put together which looks completely awesome. One thing that screws up the appearance (on the top) is that message that appears in the corner that displays the User Control Panel and the log out and a bunch of other small buttons. If you get rid of that and add the important buttons to the menu on the banner it would look a lot better in my eyes. I think since your forum is AdminTalk and it's an Administrator forum, you need something better than the somewhat ugly icons that don't match your forum, I could recommend that you get something like an Administrator icon that glows and fades depending if there are new posts in the forum or not, all of that would completely transform the appearance of your forum and make it look even cooler than it already is.

Ratios and Statistics
You have 773, which is almost 800, in four months. That isn't bad, but I'm sure you could do better (e.g. 1000) so I highly suggest adding extra content like Forum of The Month and other stuff that is centered on Administrators like that because members who enjoy to advertise their forum specially and in a way differently than others may join and post a lot on your forum, which would increase your activity a ton and attract even more members. Anyway, your forum has approx. 26 posts per member on average. That is pretty good for a newer forum like yours, because that means members are enjoying your forum and that they might even come to advertise and discuss more on the forum in the future, so your forum is definitely on the right track. Make sure to offer to help new members of the forum so that the members can feel right at home with your forum so that they can be comfortable with posting on the forum without having to worry what the Admin will do about it. As long as you have enough patience and follow those steps, your forum should be pretty active for quite a long while.

Content
Your content on the forum isn't the best I've seen. First of all, you need more threads in every single forum. You also need some more useful threads, like the ones that will help Administrators. For example, in the section Managing Your Forum, you have stuff like "Do you have a successful forum" or "How much is your forum worth". Instead of having that sort of content, you need to actually provide helpful tips to members so that they can be successful Administrators for the rest of their career while having a forum because that is the purpose of your forum. If you provide better content, such as tips and guides your forum will serve it's purpose and may even draw some attention and activity.

Final Remarks
Pros: Theme, Activity is not bad
Cons: Not so great content
