Review [Authority - Your Daily Blog]!

I would recommend you hire an editor. I have also mentioned this to another blog owner whose site gets a large amount of traffic so I mean no offence. The quality of writing is good but it could be improved. ๐Ÿ™‚

It will be improved, without an editor. I'm guessing this blog is still new, therefor I think there would be a rather limited amount of people who would want to join in. My grammar does lack some spicing but I'm sure it will be improved as time goes. I'm not english or american either, so this makes it a bit hard but I'm sure at some time my grammar will be better. Atleast I hope so.

Thanks for the feedback, Sam. ๐Ÿ™‚

When I first pull up the homepage, there's nothing there to make me want to stay. Color would greatly help this, seeing a flat design in black and white at the top of the page isn't very welcoming.

The 'Launch' image in what I assume is to be a slider doesn't fit inside the container it's in, it's flooding out on the sides.

Work on improving your 'featured images', something more than text on a plain background. The 000webhost is good, either use screenshots like that or actual photos/graphics for the rest to be more appealing.

Again, the design as a whole is very boring. Honestly, I would find a new theme for the site. A site like yours that will have lots of categories and posts eventually needs a design that is easy to navigate and makes people want to stay on the site.

The color is simple and rather minimalistic, what I am trying to aim. And I agree that you are partly right - the colors can be changed to spice things up.

Yes, the logo will be changed soon. Please know that it is a text logo, not a graphic, as I am working on a logo.

The Launch image is exactly fitting the slider - it is means to flood out a bit.

Yes, I'm trying to work on the featured images, but this is a very hard work and the 000webhost article took more time than anything else.

The design is simple and minimalistic. And it IS easy to navigate. What makes it so hard navigating?

Thank you for the constructive criticism. ๐Ÿ™‚

Beautiful. ๐Ÿ™‚

The slider isn't something I'm a fan of, but then again, I don't really like most sliders on blogs. It just seems overly bulky and its design doesn't really fit with the rest of the theme.

Thanks. I just thought that the slider is just perfect for that, but it might be just me. I think that without the slider, the homepage would look a bit blank, that's why I put it in. Althought 45$ are a deep hole for my heart ๐Ÿ™‚lol๐Ÿ™‚, I think it will soon pay off. ๐Ÿ™‚

I think since you already have your posts separated by category on your homepage, the slider is just unnecessary. And like I said, that dark background on it doesn't match the rest of your theme at all. Was it designed as a part of the theme or did you add it on separately?

The posts are seperated by category, and the slider is only for featured posts. ๐Ÿ™‚
What dark background? Can you please check again?

Thanks. ๐Ÿ™‚

First of all I like your theme, but I guess there are too much spaces in between everything. I always hated blank spaces in websites, other people might think different.

Another thing is, you have 3 links on your sidebar for twitter/facebook/rss and just one on your floating menu. So I think you should remove that widget from the sidebar and incorporate all of your social media icons/links to the floating menu bar.

Then, your favicon has nothing to do with your blog theme or logo, I mean the color and the font you have chosen.

Thats pretty much all I can find which can be improved.

Theme you are using now is awesome ๐Ÿ™‚
I suggest you move Twitter link from the footer because when I scroll down, I don't see the Twitter button because of the arrow: http://prntscr.com/187csc

Everything else is awesome. Wish you luck with this. Cheers ๐Ÿ™‚
