Number Of Members: (1/10)

You have 179 registered members on your forum but your forum has been up for just over two years, I think this is disgraceful, you should have at least 1,000 members by now I think you need to take part in the member exchange service and promote your site to different forums to increase the user base.

Number Of Active Members: (7/10)

You have 101 active members on your forums which is quite exceptional as your forum has 179 members and to keep over 50% of your members active on your forums is very good. All the active members on your forums have at least 10 posts or more.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (3/10)

Your forum has over 41,000 posts which is quite a poor amount of posts in my opinion given that the forums have been open for over two years now and I would of those you would of least had 100,000 posts on your forums. To increase post you could order a Package or you can do a Post Exchange with other forums as that would increase your post count of the forums.

You could try

• adding new content to the forum.
• emailing all the members reminding them of the forum

This would help bringing back old members and you would keep new ones that register on the forums.

Appearance (First Impressions):(8/20)

My 1st impressions of the forums weren’t good because of the following;

• very basic Subsilver template which doesn’t fit your forum subject
• Forum logo is very basic
• Affiliates’ forum is very off putting.

I would try looking for a template that matches your forum subject and then order a logo from the graphics forums to upload on to the new template.


Layout: (13/20)

The layout of the forums is decent but I am still not entirely sure what your forum is about. What is aXing? I hope you can explain what this is as I am abit to confused what you forum is about, this is probably why guests don’t end up registering as they aren’t going to register to a forum if they don’t know what its about.

I would change the affiliate from a forum and place it above or below the footer or you could place them on the portal (if you ad one).

Moderation:(7/10)

You have 5 moderators and one Admin, I think this is a good amount of staff maybe one or two too many but as long as your staff team is comfortable and can handle moderating the forum then this is just fine. You moderators seem to be doing a good job from what I can see.

Activity:(6/10)

I can’t tell how many people how have come online every neither can I tell how many posts you get a day but I think the activity is good for your forum, you could get more but I am already described how earlier in my review.

Spelling and Grammar(10/10)

The spelling and grammar on the site is really good, I noticed that a lot of people are posting using good English and grammar, well done as this makes your site a lot more professional and a lot of people who join will more likely type using proper grammar.


Overall Mark: (48/100)

Your forum has been given a rating of 48% your forum at the moment is underachieving considering it has been online for just over two years. If you change some of the things I have outlined in my forum this will help with improving the forums.

You could always upgrade to phpBB3 (or ask host if they plan on upgrading to phpBB3) as I think more people would register as it’s the most up to date software compared to phpBB2.

I would like to see the changes you have made in the near future so please request another review once you have implimented some of the changes i have described in my review.
