Chillerr

First Impressions
[note]========== BEGIN - First Impressions ==========[/note]
The first thing I see upon my examination of Chillerr is a blue and white logo and a dark black theme. I like how you have used the dark theme to your advantage. There is one minor thing I see that needs to be fixed. Your forum descriptions are somewhat hard to read. This problem could be fixed very easily by just making the text a bit bigger. My first overall impressions of Chillerr were positive.

Design Quality

Your dark theme looks good for a forum of your nicite. I would recommend having a better light theme as an extra option. Your light theme looks generic and rather bland.
You need to completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile theme is incredibly hard to navigate the forum on a mobile device. Reading different topics takes too many clicks. The "Menu" button in the top left on the mobile theme is broken.
You need to change your logo a bit. It just says "CHILLERR" without any thing else. I would recommend you get something that say more than "CHILLERR" or at least make something that has a different font.

Site Statistics
[note]========== BEGIN - Site Statistics ==========[/note]
Chillerr is averaging 82+ posts per day. Very good job on this. However, you're only averaging 7 threads per day. That tells me that many of your posts are in a "Hello, Goodbye and Chat" type thread. I would post more threads in specialized area of Chillerr. That would give your users more content to post in while driving your thread count higher.

Staff Professionalism
[note]========== BEGIN - Staff Professionalism ==========[/note]
You have been doing a very good job keeping your members up to date with announcements. Good job doing this. Those announcements are well written with very good grammar and spelling. The few errors (like comma splices) are unnoticeable to the casual reader.
I noticed you allow your members to vote in polls to decide site decisions. This is a very good approach that you have taken to insure that your community is involved within different parts of the site.
3 Administrators and 1 Super Moderator is a good balance. Nothing seems to be getting out of hand on the forum. Your rules are enforced well by staff members.

Excellent
Originality
[note]========== BEGIN - Originality ==========[/note]
Originality is something that is very hard to accomplish in a general chat forum due to there being so many of them. Chillerr is an exception to that mold. Chillerr's forums names are all original and really "stand out" to the viewer. Your theme is original and something I haven't seen used in a forum of your genre.
The only thing I really see regarding originality is some of your names are too original. Names like "Idea Hat" for a webmaster section don't seem to make any sense to the section idea. I would recommend you change "Idea Hat" to something more like "Webmaster Chat."

Site Structure
[note]========== BEGIN - Site Structure ==========[/note]
Your site structure could use more work. You have to many forums that aren't active. Things like "MP3 Player" and "Artist Alley" need more activity to stay alive. I would just merge them with "The Couch" instead of trying to regain activity within those forums.
On your top Navigation bar, you have a "Home" button that takes me to an error page. If you're working on a homepage for Chillerr the "Home" button should be removed while you're working on the page. After the homepage is complete, re enable it. The navigation of your forum is done well, though. I was able to find everything without major issues.

Grammar & Spelling
[note]========== BEGIN - Grammar & Spelling ==========[/note]
First off, there are way too many commas in your site descriptions. Things like "Any news regarding Chillerr community boards will be found inside here, if there are any announcements or recent updates, members will be informed via threads in this section." should be changed to "Any news regarding Chillerr community boards will be found inside here. Any news or announcements will be listed within this forum for members to read ." poor grammar seems to be a trend in Chillerr's descriptions. You could fix that problem easily by asking your other staff members their opinions on your descriptions before you post them.
Everything else looks good. Announcements are good for the most part, though I would recommend you put them through a grammar checker before posting.

Final Remarks
Chillerr is doing very well for the amount of time it has been open to the public. If you stay with Chillerr, fix a few problems and continue to post you should have no problem finding members to join. Best of luck!
