First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20) My first impression is wow, the them is very good, the design is fantastic and really fits in with your sites genre, the site banner/log is excellent, the only thing you lack is a favicon but that is easily fixed, your site on first appearance looks active. When I logged in using IE8 half of the main menu was behind the sub menu so I could not access the private message or memberlisht but didn't have the problem in FF so will pm you a screen shot so you can let your CB know.
After further digging I ran a CSS & XHTML validation on you site and now if I had paid for a site to be done for me I would expect it to pass both CSS & XHTML validation, I'm sorry to say your site didn't, the CSS came back with 1 error and 112 warnings the good news is the XHTML validation did, you need to get Christian to work on fixing those errors asap.

Site Layout - (Out of 20) The forum layout is very good, you have the information at the top followed by the main forums, you have made use of the sub-forum feature which is often under used, the only thing I can never see the point of is having a testing forum, but that is just my personal view so will not mark you down for that, The only thing I would recommend is the basket forum is only seen by staff instead of the whole forum as its used as a rubbish bin for old topics, either that or make it a sub-forum and use it as an archive.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20) You have been open 85 days and your average post per day is 25 which isn't bad but could be improved upon, you have a good member count but half of those have never posted so you really need to work on getting the users who have registered posting. Also I was online for nearly an hour without any member being online, you need to look at making sure your members and your staff are more active, for the reason being if a new user visits your site and sees no one online they will be less likely to join.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20) You only have yourself and 1 moderator and that is perfect for the size and activity of your forum, you both have very good post counts which again is very good to see, I could see no obvious site issues which need staff attention so that was very good as well, if I was to be picky I don't like to see admins without an avatar as it for me does not look good, as an admin you need to stand out so members can easily identify with you.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20) Your site was very good with it's site descriptions, they were well written and had know spelling or grammar errors, both you and your moderator but spell correctly and again could not find fault so for this, top marks

Final Remarks: Overall I really like your site, you seem very dedicated to it and have put money into it which not a lot of admins do, look at increasing you site activity and you still will go along way, you lost points on things you should not have because your designer did not check to make sure the CSS was correct before giving it you, get in touch with him to get those issues fixed as he should do it free of charge.
