Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
After first opening your forum, the first thing I notice is the banner. The greenish blue color doesn't really fit well with a forum package site. Perhaps if you made the banner more about the sites niche, it would be better off.
The second thing I noticed is the cleanliness of your board. The theme is great, and perfect for your niche- a professional site.
One problem I have is the amount of boards you have. You should include your " Welcome Mat " board in the category for your site ( " Forum Poster " category ). I will delve more into this later.
Other than that, the appearance is great- nice skin, but you may want to rethink your banner.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As I said above, You should include your " Welcome Mat " board in the category for your site ( " Forum Poster " category ), there is no need to have an entire category for Introductions.
Your posting packages category, which is what the site is all about, is pretty good. Your site is new, and that's what your sites niche is, so those 4 boards there are good.
You may want to change the name of " Forum Showcase " to " Advertise your Forum " or " Show us your forum " as the word ' showcase ' may confuse some members.
Now, the off topic area is also a little problematic. Your site is very new, and it isn't about off topic. You don't need a board for Games, Music, Movies, and Forum Games.
You can do it like this, and make your board look more cleaner, and condensed- which is what you want to do with a new board.

----Subboard: Forum Games
--Board: Entertainment ( put in the description that this encompasses Music, Movies, Television, and Video games.
The fact is, you do not need a separate board for all of these things, especially with a new site.
I would also move your ' post exchanges ' area to the lounge maybe, since it isn't a service you're offering, it's members helping one-another.

You only have about 500 posts, and you have five staff members. You don't really need that much, and I think you are set for now- you don't need to hire anymore staff.
Your staff are very active, and quick at completing packages. I applaud them for that.

Spelling is great, grammar is great, however- you may want to change the name of your " Extra Services " category to " Other Services "
Your ' Forum Games' category has a little bit of a messed-up description.
It's a little confusing, with the whole '123 forum game " thing there, try this " Forum fun, on-going games for everyone to play "
Other than that, spelling/grammar is fine.

Final Remarks:
Your site is good, and there isn't a lot of boards out right now just for packages. My biggest problem is the amount of boards you have in your lounge, and that you have a category just for introductions. I really think your board will do well, if it's advertised properly, and if you fix the things I suggested. You may want to create a cash system, like we have here- rather than requiring a post count, for all of your services- like the sig ads, the forum packages, the sticky ad's, this way it encourages members to post more. Technically, a member can get 35 posts and just keep requesting your supreme package, we don't want that do we ?

The uniqueness, there aren't a lot of package based forums around, and the variety of packages you have is also nice.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The amount of boards in general chat, and that you have a category just for introductions- try the template I posted for your general chat area, instead.
