Number Of Members: 61 - 5/10 - The average amount of members for a forum.
Number Of Active Members: 6/10 -Your forum isnt VERY active, but its active.
Number Of Posts (Spam Or Otherwise): 4/10 - Not very many posts for the amount of members you have, and since you have posted over 25% of your forum, its less than 2 posts per user.
Appearance (First Impressions): 4/10 - I dont really like the appearance of your forum, i love the banner. It little things like the latest posts box on the portal and the underlining of the Chatroom below the banner. You also have a arrow under board navigation with nothing next to it.
Layout: 7/10 - It's good, but you should make the names of each forum begin with a capital letter, it makes your forums look neater.
Moderation: 4/10 - All of your forums have 5 or less topics in them, you should create more topics to make your members become more active, which would mean you would get more posts, and then slowly back out of posting so much.
Activity: 4/10 - Your forum isnt very active for the amount of members you have.
Overall Mark (Out Of 100): 40 - Your forum has alot to improve on, try promoting your forum on alot of promotion forums/sites to gain more members and posts, also try changing your theme or layout. Try creating some more topics for members to reply to so they check the forums regularly.

just want to point out something.
For the spam rating,I actually have a bot trap,highly filtered robots.txt and a custom registration and DdoSs bot protection.
so all spam would have to be from users and I have for every 10 users 1 moderator,And im going to keep this ratio
