First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
After first opening your forum, the first thing I see is that advertisement. That's a major setback, and would scare any guest away. You should get a leaderboard style ad ( 728x90 ) and place it at the bottom. You can do this with Adsense. Having that big white ad up there just really ruins the look of your forum for a guest.
Your banner is nice, though. Good choice with that.
Your board setup is pretty nice, you didn't really overdo it minus the 'Games and Debates' area. I'll get into that later.
Overall, the thing that really brings down your mark here is that advertisement. Gotta get that moved.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You've got a pretty nice layout, as I've said, that advertisement is really the biggest issue on your forum.
A few suggestions I'm going to give you are the " Central " area. You don't need a board then a sub board for suggestions. You can call the board " The Community " and include in the descriptions it encompasses suggestions, feedback, and staff application.
Your innovations area is great, no problem with those boards.
The events area is fine, since the ' Signature of the Week' seems to be of importance in your community.
Down in your general talk area, I see some issues.
Your ' Games and Debates ' area is a little confusing. Just call it " Forum Games ", and redirect debates to your community general discussions area.
I've never been a fan of Advertising boards, but they seem to work for you- so that's fine.
Overall, you have a great layout, it's just the " Games and Debates " area where I see an issue.

Your board was opened May 23rd, it's now the 27th, and you have 475 posts and 21 members. That's EXCELLENT.
You get the highest mark on this, you're forum is doing phenomenal.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You've got 3 admins, and one moderator. That's really not needed. You might want to stop hiring staff for now, until you've got at least 2,500 posts.
You've got some pretty active staff members. One thing I would fix is your Global Moderator, they are significantly less active than the rest of your staff.
Overall, you've got great staff, but a little bit much for such a small forum, and your global mod is a bit inactive.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your board descriptions are unique and long, and they look great. That's great, and there's no visible spelling or grammar errors.
The ad's are really what knocks your mark down on this, that gigantic ad at the top is really unprofessional.

Final Remarks:
You've got a great new board, and you seem to be doing pretty damn well. The biggest problem on your board is that huge advertisement near your guest message- I see you also have one at the lower bottom. That's where you want your ad to be. Myself as a guest would go right away seeing that huge ad at the front- it's makes your board look like three things- 1) Unprofessional 2 ) Cluttered 3 ) Like you're in it for the money and not for the community.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The board layout, and the descriptions. You did a great job with those.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The advertisement. I didn't dislike anything but that advertisement at the top.
I also wasn't fond of that area called " Games and Debates "- you should make it just called " Forum Games " and have debates redirected to your General Discussions board.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
By getting rid of that advertisement, and just making it a wide guest message.
If I were more interested in design, I would probably join.
