Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your skin is very…busy. There’s images and info flying around everywhere. One thing I can tell you immediately – get rid of this: “Hello guest! It looks like you aren't a member already. Get now full access and register for free!” People will join if they think your forum if they like it, not because of some annoying text box that follows you around. Also, what is with the background on sticky threads? That gray looks awful against the text. Similarly, that gray text against red on the “Register” and “Forgot Password” links really doesn’t look good at all.
Of course, not all things are bad. Your logo is very nice looking. It’s simple and professional. You also have a favicon, which is something a forum should always have. Apart from the text I mentioned above, the colors go well with the background. Finally, the icons on your skin are very readable. They’re clear and non-pixellated.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I’ll start out with the good on this one. Your RSS icons are placed in a way where they grab attention, but aren’t taking up unnecessary space. While I’m not too hot on the color choice, I do like the fact you’ve got your stickies easily separated from regular threads. It’s a nice little bonus. I also really like your staff list. It looks really nice compared to some others I’ve seen. Also, your navigation buttons work and go well with the theme. Your profile pages are also really cool. They’re organized really well, and don’t even look like they’re coming from a regular forum.
Moving along to the not so good, first off, remember that less is more when it comes to the number of forums you have. Here are the ones I have a problem with:
http://www.offwalk.com/forums/18-Happenings. - You have a news forum. You don’t need this.
http://www.offwalk.com/forums/93-Intere ... cords-(1-5)VSa – Nobody uses this forum. Plus, it seems like it could be kept to a single forum.
http://www.offwalk.com/forums/94-Tips-(1-2)VSa – Again, couldn’t travel tips be kept to a single thread?
http://www.offwalk.com/forums/28-Family-amp-friends - This whole section seems unnecessary. You have Q and A, Off-Topic, etc. that these could fit in.
The only other layout thing is that the Login box looks weird connected to the Forgot Password link. Move it down a few pixels.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum is very active it seems, which is great. I don’t know what constitutes being an “active member”, but having 252 of them HAS to be good. Also, 34K posts is fantastic. Many forums never even reach 20,000, so to have that many posts is awesome. Your members seem very devoted, and seem to enjoy being on your forum. I have no clue what silver or gold members are, but it’s nice to see you have a good group of them. (I’m assuming it takes a good deal of activity to reach that level.) The only small thing activity-wise that isn’t so great is that a few forums only have a couple of posts. Those make your forum look less active. Other than that though, awesome job.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You’ve got about 6 staff members. That’s perfect for a forum of your size. Having a good, but not extremely large, team is vital to any successful forum. Most of your staff seems very active, and actively providing good posts. No spam was immediately seen while browsing your forum. I can’t criticize you here – your staff is perfectly fine.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Some of your forums lack forum descriptions. This is kind of annoying. However, I will correct the ones you do have:
Improvement and development should be, “Improvement and development topics go here.”, or some other way to make it a complete sentence.
“Let off topic The OffWalk know who you are.” This doesn’t read well at all. Make it something like, “Let The OffWalk know who you are.”
“Details and information about the Initial Public offerings, Indian Stocks (India)” should be, “Details and information about the Initial Public offerings, Indian Stocks (India), and more.”
These are just a few examples. Most of the errors were mild.
