Your Forum Review

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Overall, your theme looks pretty decent. Your banner at the top looks pretty good, and the theme itself has a good color scheme. However, there's something I don't like about your theme, and the problem is that I'm not sure exactly what it is. I think it's simply that your theme is too cluttered. You have a LOT of stuff on your forum's index! Between the sidebar, affiliates, ads, and icons for every single forum, it looks like every single millimeter of your theme is occupied. I think users need a little bit of empty space (or at least some places where there aren't images) to be comfortable with a site's layout. Overall, I think you've just gotten a little carried away with the images.

Your forum doesn't look especially active at first glance. Although you have a tolerable amount of posts and members (many of whom have visited in the past forty-eight hours), many of your forums are very close to being empty. I would recommend doing some post exchanges to increase the amount of posts in each of your forums.

Overall, my first impression of your forum was fairly neutral.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index runs very long! I understand that this is a promotion forum, and it's difficult to condense the index because of the services; however, there are some things that I think you can safely eliminate from your forum. First of all, I wouldn't recommend doing "Site of the Month" on your forum yet. Your forum simply seems too new to begin a contest of that magnitude. I would also recommend getting rid of your "PF Shop" and simply having a forum for "PF Exchanges." I also think that your "Affiliations" should be placed under "Exchanges." These are just a couple of suggestions. I think you need to evaluate your current forum layout and pick which forums you don't need. Merging forums will also make your forum appear more active since the posts will be "squeezed together" more.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum currently receives approximately sixty posts per day, and you have about twenty-one posts for each of your seventy-nine users. That's not horrible, but there is still room for improvement. Make sure that you are promoting your forum on other promotion forums. There are many users who are willing to register on more than one promotion forum; people with forums are usually looking for any place that they could possibly get traffic. Be sure to use some services such as banner ads, text ads, and signature ads to advertise. Another thing I can think of to increase activity (just in the beginning) would be to offer one of your posting packages for free. You could offer the smallest one for free and offer the larger ones for cheap prices. That way, you can advertise that your forum has a free posting package. It wouldn't necessarily increase your activity in the long term, but in the beginning, a little bump in your activity would be nice to ensure that your forum can grow. Once your forum has grown and you're getting more requests, you can change them back. Another suggestion would be to send a mass e-mail to all of your users. The first month can be pretty rough; some of your members may not have been willing to use your promotion services at first because you were so new. Sending a mass e-mail out telling them that you are getting some activity now may bring them back. You may also want to come up with a legendary, unique service that no other promotion forum has. All of the services you have right now have been done by other promotion forums before. You need a service that makes your promotion forum unique from all the others.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
If I can count, then your forum employs twelve users! For a community of your size, twelve staff members seems a bit unreasonable. I understand that it's a promotion forum, but I wouldn't think that there are too many requests to keep up with at your activity level! On top of that, a few of your staff members seem to be fairly inactive. Several of them have even less than one post per day. I would recommend warning the ones who are inactive and then dismissing them if they do not improve. Also, considering that you have twelve staff members, there should be way more replies on each introduction topic. Overall, your staff is too big, and it's not active enough for its size.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
All of your descriptions are very short and bland. You need descriptions that make your services sound useful. Make it sound like your staff members are professionals, and make it sound like these services will dramatically improve forums! The ones you have right now don't show that you've put a lot of effort into your forum. Prospective members can learn a lot more than what to post in each forum from descriptions. Just make sure that your descriptions sell your forum effectively. Also make sure that each forum description is a complete sentence.

Score - 56 (Out of 100)

Closing remarks: Your forum is still new, and you've still got some work to do. However, this isn't a terrible start, and I think your forum has some potential.

Forum's strong points: Your forum has a good color scheme.

Improvements to make: Your forum has way too many staff members. You also need to work on your activity, layout, and descriptions.
