First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

My first impression of the forum was wow. I really like the theme other than the old default one, looks 110% better. The banners also great as it matches your theme, whoever made it done a great job as it is quite impressive. One or two things I probably would change about your theme is the background image because on the right side it is more detailed than the other side and just doesn't seem to level the theme out. Perhaps getting someone to make you a whole knew background or getting someone to duplicate the right side and then tip it the other way around to make it match. The second thing I didn't like about the theme was the posting icons, sich as no new posts, new posts, locked forum, or read only. It is something that isn't appealing to me, I don't know if it is starting out with the white building up to a darker blue on a white background, although they mad sense just the design side of things. Also I would consider getting a favicon for Topic Flix to make it just a little bit more fancier, but well done.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

I have to say that it is a well thought upon name although I probably could guess that you got it from the Web 2.0 generator as it popped up a few times on my lists. I personally thought the site could have been worked on with the forum categorization and forums. Viewing your first webmaster forum, Web Talk, the name of the forum could have been renamed to Webmasters Talk and you should move the Promotion Ads to the service forum and possibly Personal Review as it goes along the line of a service. Honestly you should re-think the layout as you don't need a graphics forum in a webmasters category, keep Web Talk, Social Networks & Search Engines, Hosting & Domains and the MarketHQ in the Webmaster category. Also you should consider adding a place for users to discuss forum softwares, blog platforms and website developement discussion. I would them create another category and call it Design & Developement HQ or something and place the Graphic Hall, Tutorials, Technical Support and possibly add programming and coding talk. You can place the Service forum were ever you feel is right for it. It doesn't just level the categories out but brings a more organized and professional forum to join. As off the Off Topic category it could definitely be thought through again with the universal layout. First subbing Forum Games into General Discussion, and possibly subbing the YouTube Media under it or you could try this. Adding a Media forum and placing Music, Games, Films/TV, Books so your members have more of an advanced discussion. Also adding a Technology forum would be a good advantage as you expect most webmasters to know all the techincal stuff.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

Statistics were okay considering you have been open for under twenty days, you have a good amount of members and guests viewing the forum each time I have viewed it. Your post count isn't bad as least your members are making a good side to discussion and are really getting stuck into some of the discussion and forums instead just constantly posting to boost their post count. You have a good amount of members who view the forum per day although I would start promoting that little bit extra everyday just so your members don't get bored of hearing the same opinions. Overall you look like your on your way to the sweet smell of success.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

Considering there are only two staff members you guys are really coping quite well with the amount of members you have. You both are very welcoming and very friendly and kind to new members. You should keep that up and also give respect for the members who have stuck about since the start. This isn't a serious problem but in some of Jake Jones post's he always either starts a sentence with ''erm...'' or ''No I don't... I nearly did''. It got quite annoying viewing it constantly and you should probably discuss it with him to calm down with the amount of fullstops on the end of his first sentence.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

Grammar or spelling wasn't a very big issue due to the forums I have reviewed of lately. One thing I noticed that you done at the end of forum descriptions was put an exclamation mark(!) and it wasn't really needed, I advise you to change them to fullstops just for future reference.
In your Web Talk forum the description should be this: ''Here you can discuss about things on the internet & computers such as web development, programming, and much more.''
Also it should be Graphics Hall instead of Graphic Hall, if you put it as Graphic Hall.
Your service description should be changed to this: ''Here you can request a few of our amazing services to help boost your site a lot.'' It isn't a big change but makes more sense and looks better.
If there was one thing I would do to your forum is stop starting the descriptions with ''Here'' and change them to something more interesting because I mostly saw ''Here'' scrolling down the forum. You should think some of the descriptions through again.
One last thing I noticed in your YouTube Media section is that you state ''(No porn videos please.)'', you should have stated this in forum rules and YouTube doesn't allow porn video's and just sound weird on a webmaster forum.
