Appearance (First Impressions): A first look of the site (the top of it) shows a lot of colors and a really nice nav bar on the top of the page. Unfortunately the forum looks bland further down from there. I really like the pictures in the forum description, as it adds to the description a bit. Speaking of your descriptions, I think they are well written and show a lot of detail. I think that you should change your tcat images to something other than white, maybe a dark blue like your header nav bar. One thing that isn't very appealing is the "Activity Over the Last 24 Hours" is almost nothing. When somebody looks around for a forum to join and they see that, it will probably make them look elsewhere. I think that is a great MOD, but I think you should add it when your forum is much more active. Other than that, I think your appearance is nice.

Layout: Usually i am not a fan of huge layouts for forums, but I think your layout is fine the way it is. There are an ok amount of posts in each forum (minus the test forum that gets pruned), though it could be better. For now I would say leave the layout how it is.

Number Of Members: I think you are having the biggest problems here. For how long you have been open, I would expect more members, even though it is a general chat forum. Though it may not help that much, I would suggest using fewer META keywords, 28 is a lot. Suggestions for members: Post exchanges, and of course word of mouth. Get a few friends on there, so that the member number is boosted.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): I think you have an ok amount of posts, though it is a little low. A lot of posts are in forum games, but that activity is better than none. As you have a lot of good threads, I would just suggest replying to some of the old ones, hopefully to get more replies on it.

Moderation: I think you are doing well here. You have a moderator and an admin, which should be good for now.

Activity: Another place that is hurting. In the last 24 hours you only got 2 posts, and no members/topics. Though I am usually against this, I would really suggest putting up an alternate account on your forum, and posting on that until there is more activity. i can see your forum being big, but I think that activity (and members) is keeping it behind.
