First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

Your banner wowed me when I first viewed the portal, I especially liked the background of your banner it shows real potential. Something that put me off the site that you mixed the beautiful blue colour in with grey on the banner, and I don't think blue or grey are matching colours. Your forum theme was very basic but I would have loved to have saw more of a theme selection as you mostly cover general discussion, so if your laid back why not have a few more themes to make you feel laid back.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

Your site layout is very appealing, as you have all the basics, main, general, extra's and then what not. Why not try mixing the categories and forums about and have something different from all the other general layouts on most forums. Personally I think you should limit the amount of forums in Entertainment Place as it is very long try limiting it done to something along the lines like this: (category)New Age Media >(forums)Music, Gaming, TV, Books and everything that fits into media discussions, then having a category named Extra's and put all the other forums like Graphics, Tech and the Model forum, the reason I am saying this as it will look cleaner and more professional and appealing to newer members and might bring in some guests.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

For a forum that opened up in the early year of 2009, I would have expected somewhat more statistics than that, as you have more than 1,000 members. When I was viewing Users Online In The Last 48 Hours, you seem to attract way more guest's than members, I think that is quite bad, you need to work on somehow bringing those guests in and joining and possibly posting, try having a posting competition, not only will it boost activity levels, the amount of guests who have viewed can drop and more members visit your forum, I suggest doing some brainstorming there on prizes like $$$ or iTunes Gift Card and what not.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

You yourself seem very friendly and cheerful towards new members and that is just what every forum needs. I viewed a post where a member was posting something to do with restrictions in an area and another member made a comment about one of your staff's English use, which I thought he should have either been warned or talked to. Then when I saw one of your staff's comments I thought that is disgraceful and very off-putting to new members, you should try moderating your staff's posts and also take more notice on which and what they are doing around the forums.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

I noticed a few mistakes in the descriptions of your forum. You should put a full stop(.) at the end of Sports Place, Music Forum, Graphics Forum, Writers Craft, & Homework Help, these are definitely needed. Instead of putting a full stop in some sentences that can be expanded add a comma(,), saves the descriptions from being messy. Space you question marks(?) and that also goes for punctuation marks(!) if you ever use them. I was viewing some of you and your staff post's & I honestly only saw one staff member use good punctuation and grammar, you definitely need to use a full stop and start to punctuate your posts if you want to show members that you are a forum that is willing to meet the standards members ask for.

Final Remarks:

What was most liked about the website/forums:
The banner mostly done it for me, very good apart from the grey used on the bottom.

minus.png
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Statistics disappointed me by far as I feel you could have so much more post's.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
Adding more selection of themes, fixing grammar and punctuation were needed.
