Only thing I can suggest is that you increase your content vastly.
If you're an avertising forum, people wont see it as effective unless you start building threads, content, members, discussions etc.
Even if you have to make several accounts and talk to yourself through those to generate posts for a short while, do that. Activity is key. I've learnt it over the past few days, and it really does make a difference.
After i started to pick up my game on my forum, I saw a MEGA increase in traffic. I'm getting around 200 uniques a day, with 2000 page views as average. Honest to god it makes a difference.
