Your forum has a good range of topics and quite a lot from just 23 members! There's a lot of things that pop out which can be both good and bad. The colors are typical, but good. I have a couple of things I would reconsider. Organization. This is the biggest problem I have with this forum. The menu runs off into a second line and again too many things popping out at the guest. The size of the forum titles seem a little too big and wide, I would suggest maybe shortening them a bit. Everything is static and simple, so I would suggest trying to move things around and try to put more effort into the graphics, colors, and banner. Secondly, The chatroom. It's not a huge deal since you typically WANT a chat room integrated so you make the site more interactive. However, I'm not too sure Mibbit is the best choice, only if you want it there for the pure essence of it. The activity also isn't very active on it. I'd look for possibly other chatroom software you could use just for better interface.
