First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I like how you can easily tell what the forum is about from the banner and forum name. The theme is really boring and it doesn’t really make me think baseball when I see red, tan, and white. In your nav bar, change “Home” to “Forum” since that’s what it links to, and make the “Home Page” link before the “Forum” link. I don’t like the Shoutbox and I think you should remove it. It takes posts away from your forum. Everything posted in the Shoutbox could be posted in General discussion forum. Also ,you have this in your footer which needs to be removed even though it’s not that big of a deal: “<% sidescripts %>”

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
In the Baseball overview category, switch the Announcements and the suggestions forums. The Announcements are usually more important than suggestions and I think should be higher up in the category. Your forum index just seems way too big. If I were you, I’d look into cutting up the American League and National League categories into forums based on division. Then, have sub-forums for each team in their respective divisions. I’d also move the Baseball Extras category above both of the league categories. Most of your posts come in that category, so it makes sense to have it at the top since the forums at the top always draw in more attention. In your General category, switch General discussion and Other sports because your forum is based on sports (Baseball) so the chances of people wanting to talk about other sports is also high.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You’re averaging 1 new member every 2.13 days. Your member’s average 24.53 posts each, which is only 11.5 total posts each day. None of your members seem to have stuck around. It seems like they signed up, made a few posts then left. There haven’t been many posts over the last week, and they’re all pretty much made by you. It’s great that you’re trying to create discussion, but no one else seems to really care.

I think having 1 member of staff is good until you get a lot more members. You’re doing a great job of moderating for forum and doing what you can to keep discussion going and you have about 1/7 of your forum’s total posts.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
“Phillies” is missing an L in the Phillies forum. “San Francisco” not “San Fransisco”. Switch the e for an o in the “sponser” category so it’s spelled “sponsor”. Besides those 3 things, the spelling/grammar on your forum is great.

The theme doesn’t seem like it would belong on a baseball forum. I just don’t like the red, white, and tan very much for a baseball forum.
