Yes, it's the forum I wanted reviewed, it's just that the freebies site actually works hand in hand with the forum so having a quick look at the site first will give a better indication as to what the forum is all about.

Number of Members: Can really do as i can't see the memberlist as i cant sign up... Number of Active Members: ... same as above Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 5/10 - quite low although i don't really know how long you have been open Appearance (first impressions): 2/10 - The forum software you have is horrible... It is featureless, the registration page is messy with needless crap in like signing up for newsletters which seems a way for them to make some money and spam you with if you forget to untick the boxs. The skin is also very plain too. Layout: 6/10 - ok but can't you merge the forums "Everything Else" and "Off-topic Chat"... Moderation: Can really do as i can't see the memberlist as i cant sign up... Activity: 3/10 - from what i can see it is not very active... Overall mark (out of 100): 35/100 - I really dislike most things of your forum (not much to do with things you have done just the forum software)
