Number Of Members - 139
Brilliant amount of members considering your forum is a general chat forum, and there are thousands of them, which means your forum must be good to have over 130 members and compete against thousands of the same type of forum. Keep those members coming!
Number Of Active Members - 83
83 of your 139 members are active (members who have 1 post or more), which is a very good amount, as usually only 25% of the members are active. Quite alot of your members have more than 50 posts too, which is very good, keep those posts coming!
Number Of Posts - 7096
Fantastic amount of posts for 139 members, and you have only posted 32.64% of those 7096 posts. Which is fantastic considering it's your forum. Your staff also seem to be very active and quite alot of posts. Overall, your post count is excellent!
Appearance
Lets start with the portal. Firstly, the tabs are very nice, i love them! The logo doesn't go with the style at all. You have a blue style and a orange logo, whats up with that!? You have VERY large banners on your portal, there obvious and there in your face as soon as you enter the portal which is very annoying, i suggest either reducing the size of them or moving them to the bottom of the portal. The chat box in your forum is ugly, i have never liked those ones, it doesn't go well with your style.
Now for the forum index. As said above, the logo doesn't go well with your style and i think it needs to be changed. I don't really like how you have the forum categories scrolling either, it doesn't look very nice in my opinion. The pictures/icons in the forum descriptions are quite nice, the pictures are related to what the forum is about, which is good. The visitor picture thing at the bottom of the forum is disgusting! It doesn't look good there and the background of the picture is horrible!
Layout
The layout seems OK, i like the tabs as said above. I don't like how the forum categories are scrolling though. The pictures in the forum descriptions are nice. I'm not sure why you have a forum just for Science though, that isn't really a popular subject as to where you need a whole forum based on it. Also, you have missed a S on the "MUST HAVE 4 POST!" which is written on some of the forum descriptions.
Moderation
Moderation is very poor, you have alot of staff, although i know some are not active. Most of the staff have alot of posts and are active though, which is a plus. I just took a look at one of the reviews which "Remy" done and i must say that is the worst review i have ever seen, in total it is 24 words, which is very bad. I think you need to tell Remy to lengthen his/her reviews a bit. It also seems that you are desperate for members and posts, you and someone else have tryed to get me to join several times even though i told you i didn't want to join. I also see in one of review request topics that you said:
"I will try to get my reviewer to review it. And why your waiting can you post on the other forums pleasE?"
You shouldn't have to try to get your reviewer to review it, he/she should do it without being asked/told. You should not ask members to post, as that makes you seem desperate and members probably don't like being asked to post. You should also tell Remy to speed up on reviewing forums, as that review took 29 days to be completed and when it was done it contained 29 words, which is very bad, again.
It also seems that you are rude in your posts, as i see in the power promotion review that you said "duh", which could be offensive, although it may not be to some.
Overall, you and your staff need to work a bit harder as moderation is very poor at the moment.
Activity
Your forum seems quite active, most of your members have more than 1 post. Although most of the posts on your forum are not very long especially the reviews (as mentioned above). You do have quite a large amount of members and posts though, so thats good.
