In have in my site the following ads:
* 120x600 image ads (in each page)
* 728x90 image ads (in each page)
* 728x15 ad links (only in internal pages)
* adsense for search
Do I use the right ads (type and size)?
Do the ads fit the colors of the site?
Are the ads positioned correctly?
What else can be improved?
They are place well but you should have a 728x90 at the bottom of the page. When people scroll all the way to the bottom and are looking to leave, they are more likely to click an ad then.
My intention was to put the ads in a way they blend with the site,
without overloading the site with ads.
There are many game sites that are overloaded with them,
I personally click the back button when I see such a site.
The ads look well placed and very well integrated, but don't be afraid to experiment with them a little. Change something for a month and then look at your reports to see if it increases or decreases your revenue. I hope you get lots of money from them.
As part of experimenting with adsense,
I also added to my site adsense for feeds.
Lets see how much I will earn from it,
this type of adsense is still new to me.
